Abstract: For a long time, the academic circles at home and abroad have been deeply rooted in the image of Keynes and Hayek. However, the study of the history of economic thought in recent decades tells us that the image of this adversary reflects the depth of our misreading of Keynes, Hayek’s monetary, capital, and business cycles. The famous dispute in between the two on 1930s detailed inquiry, comprehensive recent research achievements in the history of economic thought shows that at least under the traditional analysis of Wicksell, Keynes and Hayek is not against each other but the comrades; the development of modern macroeconomics has deviated from the direction of the two economists’ studys, in which the internal logic dictates the importance of economics occupation development rather than economic issues.
