The Policy Practice Path of the Sociology Independent Knowledge System Construction—— From the Perspective of East Asian Study

For a long time,in the process of constructing the independent knowledge system of East Asian sociology,the academic community has focused more on the introduction of European and American sociology knowledge as well as the localization of East Asian sociology,which is derived from it.Although the above paths are crucial to the development of sociology in contemporary East Asia,the academic community seems to have generally ignored the value of the social policy practice path in the construction of sociological independent knowledge system.In fact,there is a close interaction between social policy practice and the construction of sociological knowledge system:On the one hand,sociology can provide basic theoretical presuppositions and support in the sense of epistemology and axiology for the formulation of social policy.On the other hand,with the continuous introduction and implementation of policy,it will also provide new conceptual propositions and add new knowledge connotations to the sociology independent knowledge system in the process of practical promotion of social policy.In addition,comparative social policy can also open up new research horizons for sociological knowledge systems.The reason why social policy practice can add new theoretical propositions and analytical inspiration to the independent knowledge system of sociology is mainly because in reality,government departments often have to face real and urgent social problems that cannot be avoided.The problems are discovered early,and solving them requires complex interactions among government,market and society.Of course,the disciplinary value orientation of sociology can also provide specific conceptual support for social policy.
