How Systems Produce Governance Effciency: 70-Years Experience in China’s National Governance

The Fourth Plenary Session of the 19^th CPC Central Comittee comprehensively and systematically summarized the experience of China’s national governance in the 70 years since the founding of new China, and pointed out the significant advantages of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics. As a structural rule, the systems have to paly a role through the initiative of social members, so the role of system is mainly through implementation. Through the national governance system and mechanism with Chinese characteristics, the common will of the people in the from of laws, regulations, plans and policies has been fully reflected, and the Chinese society has achieved the goal of order and development. It is this national governance mechanism and process with Chinese characteristics that explains the causal machanism of “governance of China”.
