Abstract: The dimension characteristics of the rise of the great powers are as follows: basically established modern society structure, fast grew per-capita income and total economic output, world-class level infrastructure, successfully implemented institutional reform, expanded opening-door policy, advanced science and technology, wide spread advanced culture, opened up development space, reinforced military power, high utilization of environment, distinct space-time features and domestic and international recognition. In addition, Eastern Asian Model pays more attention to the long-term dynamic effectiveness of economic growth, the creation of human capital and the inheritance of Confucian essence culture. The Chinese Road of the rise of the great powers in characterized by the following: the long-time governance of the Chinese communist party, the continuous construction of learning society, the rapidly creation of innovative country, the independently reform and opening-up policy, the peaceful growth of collaborative competition and the great dream spirit of our whole nation.
