Abstract: Self-consciousness is the self-cognition formed on the basis of self-awareness of identity of the self. Psycho-geographical study of it belongs to the case study of psychological geography, the purpose and mission of which is to use a similar approach to the great geographical discovery method to make clear all the modes, structure, emergence and function of self-consciousness, to explore their status in the mental world and its relationship with other psychological modes under the framework of psycho-geographical study, and to reveal their structural theory, kinetic theory and dynamics. Self-consciousness is a pattern with vertical and horizontal structure, diachronic evolution and dynamic resources formed in a combination of givenness, reflexivity, selfness, self-centrality, psychomorphism, reflexive content and subjective-self-and-objective-self.
