通用人工智能的技术、经济与文化

摘要: 通用人工智能起步于生成式AI,目前它正在以ChatGPT语言大模型和Sora视频大模型展现于人类;通用人工智能对人类活动或行为方式的影响,不仅直接反映在经济活动上,也间接反映在文化乃至于非政治性意识形态领域。基于通用人工智能将会被广泛运用于生产、交换、消费和分配领域,有必要在概要介绍通用人工智能技术构成的基础上,对通用人工智能与经济、文化的关联展开分析:(1)通用人工智能会以何种方式对价格波动、产量确定、竞争和垄断形成以及产业组织架构等产生影响;(2)通用人工智能有没有可能形成AI哲学,它的广泛运用将会对文化产生哪些影响。要研究这两方面的关联,需要以通用人工智能技术构成和技术水准作为分析基础,以企业微观经济活动作为分析对象,以通用人工智能的生产经营效应作为评价参照,将通用人工智能的技术、经济和文化等放置于同一分析框架,并以此为基础对正在兴起的科技人文主义进行考察。通用人工智能的应用和发展离不开数字技术生态圈及其背景生态的数字经济生态圈,对通用人工智能的研究要扩大认知范围。
The Technology,Economics and Culture of General Artificial Intelligence
Abstract: The development of General Artificial Intelligence (AGI) started with the rise of generative AI,and now is being presented to humans by ChatGPT and Sora.The impact of AGI on human behaviors,is not only directly reflected in economic activities,but also reflected in the culture and even the non-political ideology.Considering the AGI will be widely used in production,exchange,consumption and distribution,it is necessary to analyze the relationship between the AGI and economy and culture through the technical characteristics of AGI.The key questions are,(1)How will the AGI affect the running path of economy,such as the determining path of the product prices and economic output,or formation path of industrial organizations? (2)Is it possible that the application of AGI will lead to the emergence of an AI philosophy? what impact will it do on culture? These two questions require us to take the technical characteristics and the technical level of AGI as the analysis basis,take the enterprise microeconomic activities as the analysis object,take the production effect of AGI as the evaluation reference,so that we can place the AGI,Economy and Culture in the same analysis framework,and make a study on the rising humanism of technology.The application and development of AGI cannot be separated from the digital economy ecosystem of digital technology ecosystem and its background ecology,for which we got to expand the scope of cognition in the study of AGI.
