The Nature,Measurement and Support System of New Quality Productive Forces

New quality productive forces are advanced productive forces in line with the new development philosophy.It is characterized by high technology,high efficiency and high quality,led by cutting-edge technologies and manifested in new industries,new forms and new economic drivers.In this paper,integrated circuit industry,industrial communication device industry,computer manufacturing industry and medical industry are selected to measure the level of new quality productive forces.It reveals the characteristics and trends by adopting the output-oriented SBM model and the input-oriented EBM model.The determinants of changes in new quality productive forces are empirically examined from the perspectives of digital transformation,industrial chain upgrading,and R & D investment intensity.Therefore,to accelerate the development of new quality productive forces,it is necessary to optimize industrial upgrading,cultivate emerging industries and promote digital transformation.
