Abstract: General government and functional separation of power theory is a theoretical construction attempt based on contemporary Chinese government and political practice,explaining the real characteristics of government behavior and institutional logic in contemporary China.At the level of research care,it emphasizes the adherence to universal government management principles and the innovation of specialized government management knowledge systems.At the research perspective level,it focuses on the institutional arrangements of the power structure of the national governance system and the political process of the operation of local broad government power.At the level of research methodology,it focuses on logical deduction from the dimensions of comparative political science and mechanism refinement from the practical level of political science.At the level of research objectives,it balances the anti-corruption orientation of power and rule of law with the construction of effective government.At the level of research approach,it is driven by localized practical problems and constructs an analytical framework with Chinese characteristics; marked by original academic concepts,forming a theoretical framework with Chinese characteristics; characterized by systematic academic knowledge and promotes the production of knowledge with Chinese characteristics,further constructing and developing the independent knowledge system of Chinese philosophy and social sciences.
