The Systematic Pattern, Kernel Concept and Basic Proposition of Xi Jinping’s Thought of Ecological Civilization

Abstract: Xi Jinping’s thought of ecological civilization is a discourse system of systematic policy and theory with definite thematic response, knowledge structure and constructive logic. The three most authoritative literature, i.e., the Report on the Eighteenth Communist Party of China National Congress, the Report on the nineteenth Communist Party of China National Congress, and the Important Speech at the National Conference of Ecological Protection, the current Chinese communists, with General Secretary Xi Jinping as the core, elucidate systematically, on three strata of “why, what and how”, the main viewpoint and policy of the vital significance, theoretical connotation, future vision and key strategic assignment for Chinese ecological civilization and its construction. The mainline in these three systematic patterns are ten kernel concepts of “construction of socialist ecological civilization”, etc., and eight basic propositions of “the thriving of ecology results in the thriving of civilization, while the declining of ecology results in the declining of civilization”, etc. It is just that these kernel concepts and basic propositions clearly reveal the inner logic connection or frame of such a thinking.
