Abstract: With the wide application of big data, cloud computing, artificial intelligence and algorithms in Western party politics and party governance, the trend of “computerization” in the process of party election and operation is more and more significant, and then a cognitive schema of “party calculation” is constructed. The schema of “party calculation” includes two aspects: one is the rational choice of party in political competition and the political calculation of interest game; The other is the dynamic calculation of technological empowerment and capability iteration of political parties in technological change. Generally speaking, cumulative technological breakthroughs will profoundly change the economic and social pattern and people’s ideas, and also drive the evolution of party politics and “party computing”.
