摘要: 武则天时代的官僚阶层可以划分为两条线、三个层面，亦即第一条朝官线和第二条近幸宠臣，后者再区分出酷吏集团的层面。非制度性超常提拔的第二条线掌握权力，控制朝官，却没有改变士族与官宦子弟为主的官僚阶层面貌。科举制方面，武则天时代未见制度性进步，冗员滥官却对制度造成重大伤害，反而阻碍了寒门士子的正常上升。

Abstract: The bureaucratic class during the reign of Empress Wu Zetian could be divided into two groups: one is the group of court officials,the other is the group of minions,which further generates the group of merciless officials.The minions who were promoted abnormally gained power and dominated the court officials,while they did not challenge the essence of the bureaucratic class being controlled by aristocrats.In terms of the imperial examination system,there has been virtually no progress during the reign of Empress Wu Zetian.Conversely,the redundant officials caused significant damage to the system,directly blocked the normal promotion of officials from lower gentry class. -
