Constructing China’s Social Order with Multi-norm and Co-existence and Co-government under Rule by Law

Abstract: Constructing a social order for current Chinese society is a key issue concerned by many disciplines, such as law, politics, and sociology, etc. Whether in a country, or in a society, normal morphology and social order situation constitute a mutual-correlation. The norm of morphology determines the situation of social order. Norms are necessary elements in forming social order, while social order is the result of norms, thus forming a colorful world of norm and order, and guiding people’s production and ways of life. In contemporary Chinese society, there exists a multi-norm morphology, therefrom forms a multi-social order situation. According to the objective present situation, China’s social order structure must be build up for a co-existence and co-government structure of multi-norm and multi-order under the guidence of law.
