Development Issues and Theoretical Framework in the Independent Knowledge System of Chinese Economics

Chinese economics has reached an era that original economic theories are needed.From the perspective of the meta theory of evaluating the information foundation of development,the limitations of the existing two types of development theories,namely structuralist development theory and competence based development theory,are that the former focuses on the changes and development of social structure while neglecting human development,and the latter focuses on the substantive freedom of human development and insufficient attention to fairness.Based on the critical study of these two kinds of development theories,this paper leads to the development issues in the construction of independent knowledge system of Chinese economics,and puts forward the corresponding development theory framework.The core connotation of this theoretical framework includes two fundamental aspects: (1)Its information foundation is relational,and its value orientation is common prosperity for all people; (2)Its main structure is the optimization of demand structure,industrial structure,and their corresponding relationships; This structure reflects the fundamental driving system of development in reality.According to this theoretical framework,the quality of a society’s development can be measured by the strength of the corresponding relationship between its demand structure optimization and its industrial structure optimization.
