新公共性与中国转型社会学理论范式创新

摘要: 百年中国式现代化进程推动了中国社会的总体性转型,而理解把握这一总体性转型需要拓展到中国制度的公共性目标,深入阐释党、人民、国家与公共性的结构关系。在梳理相关理论范式基础上,可以发现,不同于西方自由主义公共性,经由中国社会现代转型的历史实践发展出的社会主义新公共性,基于对中国优秀传统文化与马克思主义的创造性转化和适应性融合,以人民性为核心价值,以革命政党为领导核心实现了人民联合与社会团结,以所有人共有共享发展成果超越个体“偶然性”支配:通过依托于党以群众路线构建起基础性社会联结,坚持以人民为中心原则妥善协调秩序与活力的关系,推动国家与人民相互交融、互促互馈互进,以协商实践和民主集中促进社会团结。可以说,新公共性天然内生于中国社会现代化转型的具体实践,其理论范式为人类社会的未来发展提供了一种关于新文明形态的构想。
New Public Nature and Paradigm Innovation of Theory of Chinese Society Transformation
Abstract: The advancement of Chinese style modernization in the past century has promoted a general transformation of Chinese society,and this transformation could be understood only by expending to the target of public nature of China’s system,and elucidating the structural relationship among the Party,the people,the nation,and public nature in a deep-going way.Based on carding the related theoretical paradigms,the author puts forward that,differing from the liberal public nature in the west,a socialist new public nature developed by historical practice through the modern transformation in Chinese society,based on creative converting and adaptive merge of both the excellent culture of Chinese tradition and Marxism.The core value is for the people.People’s unity and the unity of society are realized,with a revolutionary party as the core of leadership.Individual “chance” dispose is surpassed by the achievements owned and enjoyed by all people.Fundamentally social ties are set up through depending on the Party’s mass-line.The relationship between order and vitality is properly coordinated by adhering the principle of putting the people at the center,to promote a mutual merge of the state and the people for mutual benefit and progress.The unity of the whole society is enhanced by consultative practice and democratic centralism.It could be said that the new public nature innately comes out from the concrete practice of the modern transformation of Chinese society.Its theoretical paradigm has supplied a proposition of a new morphology of civilization for the future development of human society.
