Study on Law with Experience:Based on External Perspectives of Social Sciences

The study on legal experience in China is thriving and in urgent need of development. The basic characteristic of the study on legal experience is to study law from external aspects by using the methods of social sciences. The study on legal experience comes into being because of the dissatisfying with the normative studies, and it turns its central point from legal texts to practical operation. At the same time, with experience as grounds of argument, it is importantly different from the related subjects, such as legal economy, comparative law, and etc. The study on legal experience will provide China’s construction of government by law with important knowledge, provide legal study and other social sciences with a dialogue platform of international academy, and create moments for forming the China school in the field of legal studies.
