There are profound historical origins and close cultural exchanges between China and Japan,and books have become an important link to maintain the cultural exchanges between the two countries.After Chinese classics were spread to Japan,they were integrated into Japanese culture by copying,publishing,annotating,interpreting,quoting,excerpting,etc,and became Japaneseized Chinese studies.A large number of Chinese books,such as Zuo Zhuan,which was printed in Japan,returned to China through the missionaries to the Tang,merchant trades,and diplomatic envoys.The Japanese Chinese books introduced into China were not only edited and selected into Chinese book series,preserved by libraries and book collectors,quoted and reused by scholars,but also supplemented the valuable documents that have scattered due to wars and other disasters,which became an important part of Chinese culture,and further promoted the prosperity and integration of textual research in the Qing Dynasty and Edo period.This cultural reflux phenomenon has promoted the formation of positive and reverse intertwined cultural communication between China and Japan in mutual penetration and absorption,and established deeper,more angle and more meaningful cultural interaction and integration.
