International Strategic Studies in China’s New Era
-
Abstract
As bridge between national power and world position, international strategy plays a more important role, with the growth or increase of China’s national power, international influence, and national strategic interests. In the New Era, " New Type of International Relations” and " Shared Future of Mankind” are the new discourse, and Sino-U.S. relationship, Belt & Road Initiative, and global partnership network should be the key factors to be reiterated in China’s international strategy. Accordingly, discipline construction of international strategy develops quickly with the progress of relevant research. Research and teaching of international strategy should be complementary to each other, and we should pay more attentions to cultivation of strategic thinking and personnel training. To strengthen popular education and selective training for elites in strategic thinking relates to the future of China.
