The Main Perspective of the Shape of Algorithmic Power and National Capability

Abstract

As an intelligent technology deeply embedded in society, algorithm has a significant impact on the power of social subjects. National algorithmic power is a kind of behavior mechanism of national governance, which has the characteristics of foundation, order and expansion. The algorithmic power of capital has the interest preference of capital oligarchy to collusion, power fusion and political planning. Under the influence of the dual algorithmic power of the state and capital, the public has the passive characteristics of cognitive binding, deconstruction of autonomy and right dependence. The characteristics of the algorithm’s subjectivity power constitute the basis for the generation of the game risk of the main body of the state’s ability, which is manifested in the game risk of the state and capital on the social control ability of the algorithm, and the game risk of the state and the public’s algorithmic ideology ability. Core lies in regulating the implementation algorithm of game risk main body the dynamic balance of power, on the basis of the protection order algorithm for the national power in political limit equilibrium, the algorithm is applied to the power system of justice on the capital regulation, the algorithm is the main body status of public institutional guarantee, is the ability to cope with country risk the possibility of approach.
