Abstract
The culture of rule of law is a way of social life and a cultural morphology formed in constructing rule of law. China has an excellent tradition of legal culture, but it is not wholly conformed to the modern requirements of the rule of law. In order to develop the rule of law in the native land, it is necessary to sublate the traditional legal culture, to set up a socialist culture of the rule of law, and to improve and perfect the social conditions and social foundation which is conforming to the rule of law, and this is the basic work in constructing the rule of law. After a long period of the effort of probing and concrete practice, especially since the new age, the target and the route is daily clear for the Chinese culture of the socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics. While constructing the culture of the rule of law, the subject in constructing the rule of law should realize for itself the reformation and improvement.
